Ryan Sizemore
brings multiple decades of experience developing and validating processes and quality systems in the pharmaceutical industry focused on manufacturing. Ryan’s lifelong passion for science and knowledge has opened many opportunities to lead teams to improve methods, processes, and data collection for industry-leading companies such as Bayer (Monsanto), Curium Pharmaceuticals, BioMarin Pharmaceuticals, and ThermoFisher Scientific. Through mentorship, he is passing on data-driven decision-making to up-and-comers in the field. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri and is currently pursuing an MBA.
Robert S. King
has spent the last 30 years providing strategic and valuation advice to U.S., European, Latin American, and Asian corporations, financial sponsors, and entrepreneurs. For most of his career, he has pursued analytical and transactional work at the intersection of strategy and valuation, with an emphasis on the valuation and commercialization of intellectual property in the medical technology and device, and life sciences industries. He has held senior positions at several U.S. and European investment banks and venture capital firms. Mr. King, through Five Prime Advisors and Mid Atlantic Bio Angels, is also an early-stage medical technology and device, and life sciences investor.
Paul Retlewski
is a highly successful product development specialist whose career has been focused on bringing industry-first products to market from Hardware to Software that have led to multi-billion dollar revenue business units. He has introduced new products that built companies from the stalwarts of silicon valley: Fairchild, National Semiconductor, Cisco, Broadcom to startups such as Tessera (IPO 2004), Artisan (Acquired by ARM), and large multi-national companies such as Hewlett Packard, Fujitsu, Huawei’s Shenzhen based Service Provider Organization, and Sun Microsystems (Acquired by Oracle) with the first multi-core microprocessor and associated appliances.
